Full payment must accompany the registration form and seat will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Registration will only be accepted on valid forms with signed/agreed student declaration.
Cancellations of confirmed seats are acceptable 15 working days prior to the start date of the course. An administration fee of 15% will be deducted.
50% of the course fees will be refunded if cancellations are made within 15 working days prior to the start date of the course.
If a confirmed course seat is cancelled at any time after the start of the course, no refund will be made.
Course fees will be refunded in full if MWEC changes a course date or cancels a course. Notifications will be made no less than 5 working days prior to the planned start date of the course. However, study packs, if any given to the students before, should be returned undamaged and in the acceptable conditions as defined by MWEC, otherwise an administration fee of 15% will be deducted in the course fee.
Students who need to defer the seats of a course will have to notify us by email or letter 4 weeks before the start of the course. That postponement is considered once and for free, student should complete the course within 6 months. For the case of transfer, the same will be applied and the differences in fee, if any, between the two courses will be returned.
All courses are subject to minimum student numbers, Macau Wine Education Centre reserves the right to a final decision of cancelation of any courses.
In case of any disputes, Macau Wine Education Centre reserves the sole and final discretion of interpretation of all terms and conditions.
